At Lazer, we love bacon! That’s why we’re soooo excited about Baconfest 2019 on Saturday, April 20th from Noon to 3pm at The Log Cabin in Holyoke!

It’s a pork lover’s paradise… Sample all kinds of bacon inspired bites prepared by the Log Cabin’s chefs… Plus, a cash bar with craft beers expertly paired with menu items, magician Jeff Kempton and live music and Rockstar Karaoke with Maxxtone!

Bacon, Pretzels with Beer Cheese and Horseradish, Cheesy Bacon Pop Corn, Buffalo Pork Bites, Mini Baked Potatoes with Sour Cream and Chives, Rondelles with Lorraine Egg Salad, Fried Mushroom with Bacon Fat, Mini Franks with Korean BBQ, Sopressata Flatbread, Sriracha Chipotle Bacon, Brown Sugar Bacon.
Entrees:
- Mac and Cheese Bar with Vindaloo Pork and BBQ Pulled Pork.
- Sandwich Bar: Open Faced Grilled Cheese: Bacon Arugula, and Fontina on a Rustic White. Bread and Cubano Sandwiches: Ham, Roast Pork, Swiss Cheese, and Pickles. Chop Chop Salad with Pork Belly Croutons and Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette.
- Brined Pork Ribs with Braised Purple Cabbage, Boiled Carrots and Potatoes, Rye Bread, and Mustard.
