Holiday Cash Rules

Lazer 99.3 Holiday Cash! Starting October 28 through November 22 … Listen weekdays 9am to 6pm, up to twice a day, for the Holiday Cash $1,000 text word.  When you hear it you will have 10 minutes to text the correctly spelled word to 77000.  Message and data rates may apply. One text per play.

LAZER 99.3 will conduct this contest concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations affiliated with LAZER 99.3, and in various states.  Listeners of LAZER 99.3 will, therefore, be competing with listeners of other radio stations to win the same prize. A station will be chosen at random from all the participating radio stations. Then a text received by that station will be chosen at random.  The cell phone number from the chosen text will be called and the reaction recorded for broadcast.  If unable to speak with the contestant who sent the text within 5 minutes from the time that contestant’s cell number is dialed, then the $1,000 prize will be forfeited and another random text will be chosen with the same procedure until a winner is determined. LAZER 99.3 is not responsible for any difficulties contacting LAZER 99.3 or entering the Contest, any malfunctions or errors, whether technical or typographical or human error, experienced due to overload, internet availability or texting server issues. Text messages are sent through third party providers; LAZER 99.3 does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, the delivery or timeliness of any text message entry. Prize will be available within 10 business days. Be safe… Don’t text and drive

LAZER 99.3 contests are open to all eligible persons within the stations broadcast area who are 18 or older have not won anything on LAZER 99.3 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Contest participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts.

Employees of LAZER 99.3, the Springfield Rocks Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the LAZER 99.3 main studio are not eligible to enter or win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
