These are rules for Lazer 99.3’s Costume Contest at Louie B’s on November 1st 2013. The Grand prize is $500. Listeners can participate by attending Lazer 99.3’s Exotic Erotic Ball at Louie B’s Restaurant in Southwick, MA on November 1st 2013 between the hours of 11PM & 1AM while wearing a costume and must arrive before 12:30PM. Each entrant in costume will be judged on a scale of 1 to 10 by a secret panel of judges (1 being the worst, 10 being the best) in the category of “Sexiest Costume” and the combined scores will determine the finalists in the category of “Sexiest Costume”. The 3 contestants with the highest score will be invited on stage as finalists. The host will point to each finalist, one at a time, and ask the audience to rate them by applause. Judges will record levels of noise from applause. The finalist deemed to have received the most applause will be named the winner and awarded the Grand Prize. The interpretation of which finalist receives more or the most positive crowd reaction shall be in the sole discretion of the Station and any such decision is not subject to dispute or appeal. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a secret ballot by the panel of judges. This contest is open to any listener of Lazer 99.3 who is 21 years of age or older who has not won any other prize(s) from the radio station in the last thirty days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of Lazer 99.3, Springfield Rocks Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Lazer 99.3 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. Grand Prize will be awarded within 10 business days of a grand prize winner being determined.
