HUMAN RESOURCES/PAYROLL SPECIALIST (FULL-TIME)

Springfield Rocks Radio Group (Rock 102 & Lazer 99.3/98.5) is seeking a skilled full-time Human Resources/Payroll Specialist. Responsibilities include but are not limited to transmission of biweekly payroll, processing paperwork for new employees, spearheading annual open enrollment, updating personnel files, and assisting our Traffic Department and Business Manager as needed.

Candidates must be personable with excellent verbal and written communications skills, organized, responsible, reliable, strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Applicants should be proficient with ADP, MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and have the commitment to staying current on the understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
