SALES ASSISTANT (Part-Time)


PART-TIME SALES ASSISTANT

Springfield Rocks Radio (Rock 102 & Lazer 99.3/98.5) is searching for a dependable and detail-oriented individual for our Part-Time Sales Assistant position.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with all facets of the Sales Department:  Local Sales, Digital Sales, National Sales, and Research
  • Enter sales orders/revisions into our system
  • Provide weekly commercial advertising times to Account Executives/advertisers
  • Create & distribute presentations/spreadsheets to Sales Management and Account Executives when needed
  • Work with our Production Department on advertising copy
  • Work with other sales support personnel when needed
    • Support other station departments and station initiatives when needed
    • Help with additional projects and duties when needed

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn industry software quickly
  • Two-year degree and prior work experience preferred
