Humane Society Needs Us!!

How many times have you heard the song, seen the faces and turned the channel? I did too. I did for a long time, thinking “Damn that Sarah McChlaclan! Damn that song and those sad little dog faces!” Then, epiphany..one day, I asked myself “Why the hell don’t you DO something about it?” So, I now donate $19.00 a month to the Humane Society. The money comes right out of my account, like a gym membeship. How you can watch that commercial and not donate, I’ll never know. A friend who’s a cynic asked me..”What if your money goes to fund some big CEO’s ferrari payments?” I say this…If ONE single dollar of my $19.00  goes to help the animals then I’m happy. Think about how much you spend on drinking and smoking monthly…Now, think about that commercial. How can you NOT donate??
