PART-TIME SALES ASSISTANT
Springfield Rocks Radio (Rock 102 & Lazer 99.3/98.5) is searching for a dependable and detail-oriented individual for our Part-Time Sales Assistant position.
Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with all facets of the Sales Department: Local Sales, Digital Sales, National Sales, and Research
- Enter sales orders/revisions into our system
- Provide weekly commercial advertising times to Account Executives/advertisers
- Create & distribute presentations/spreadsheets to Sales Management and Account Executives when needed
- Work with our Production Department on advertising copy
- Work with other sales support personnel when needed
- Support other station departments and station initiatives when needed
- Help with additional projects and duties when needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn industry software quickly
- Two-year degree and prior work experience preferred
