Solo Host…We’re looking for you! We want you to join the Saga Springfield, MA team for drive time on modern rock Lazer 99.3 & 105.1. If you are a pop culture lover, have strong social media and blogging skills, love being in the community, and don’t mind living 40 minutes from great skiing then this could be a great opportunity for you.

Requirements:
We’re looking for someone with a big personality who is passionate about pop culture, knows music inside and out of the artists we play on Lazer and isn’t scared of being themselves on the radio, and sharing experiences with our audience. You must be strong at marketing yourself and the station through social media and have great writing/blogging skills. If you can shoot and edit video, that’s a big plus.

Responsibilities of this position may include the following:

  • Host a successful radio show.
  • Engage with listeners via phone calls, contests, social media, and at live remote appearances and broadcasts.
  • Load and produce commercials and station programs.
  • Post stories to station website and social media sites.
  • Operate on-air console and audio controls.
  • Be a positive member of a tight-knit team.

A minimum of two years on-air experience is required.
