Kim K constantly looks like she’s posing. There’s not a natural reaction on her face…not a one. It’s always “I’m aware of how I look on film so I’m going to pout and be oh so pretty”. She is pretty as hell here, but we should credit the surgeons with that. Have you ever seen her pre op face? You’d never, ever recognize her. Kudos to Seth for mocking all this silliness.
