I’m reading “The Life of Pi” right now and it’s about an Indian teenage boy who’s lost at sea with a 450 lb. Bengal tiger.
He survives by catching fish and sucking the fluid out of their bones and eyes (as it’s not saline). He ate many Dorados. I wasn’t familiar with this fish until I read about them. The character, Pi, noted the magnificent color changes that occur when the fish is dying. I had to see if this truly happens. So, thanks to Youtube, I found a video that proves…yes, it does. The real great color change happens midway through the clip.
