Congressman Wore Hoodie | Lazer 99.3 & 98.5

Apparently there’s a dress code when Congress is in session. Hoodies are not on the list of items that are allowed. There are Hoodie marches planned all over the nation, including one in downtown Springfield on the 31st. They hope to see 1000 people, if not more. NYC would like to see a million people in their Hoodie march.
