Tiniest Waist of Digitally Created?

If Spielberg can make dinosaurs come to life then you’d say it’s pretty easy for them to create a tiny waisted woman no?

You watch this video and decide whether or not it’s real? Let’s just say it is – my question is, where are her guts? Where do her intestines go, her organs? Are they just squished into another part of her body? I’d love a doctor’s opinion on this. Is it even possible?
