You know about the whole planking craze right. You’re supposed to keep your body firm and sustain this plank like position, balancing on your forearms and toes. It’s a hell of a workout if done correctly. It’s a great core exercise. It kicks my ass. I’ve learned that my lower back is waaaaaay weak. I definitely need to do more planking but I HATE it. So, there’s this kid from Washington who is so out of shape he can’t do a real plank move. Instead, he lies flat down on his big belly, arms to his sides. He decided to do this move all over the damn place and it is downright hysterical. He was, eventually, arrested because he did it on a police car and a police memorial.
