Tom Waits or Cookie Monster?


I’ve heard OF Tom Waits, but never actually heard him sing. All I’m askin’ is WHO likes this guy? If you hate Bob Dylan’s voice, you’ll probably not be a fan of  Waits’ either. It’s especially difficult to take the guy as a serious artist when he sounds exactly like Cookie  Monster. Tell me this doesn’t sound forced and manufactured.
