Happiest Penguin EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I know. I just posted a cute as F penguin video the other day. Well, I have to again. This, literally, made me laugh out loud because I couldn’t help but to share in this little guy’s glee!! How can you NOT be affected by his sheer jubilation? WHAT could possess a penguin to celebrate with such enthusiasm, I have no idea, but I’m so glad he did.
