On Saturday August 29th, the Hatfield Fire Fighters Association will be hosting their 1st Annual Poker Ride. The ride will start and end at the Hatfield Lions Pavilion on Billings Way. This will be an 80 to 110 mile scenic route and open to all motorcycles. There will be food, entertainment, raffles and prizes. Registration is from 9 to 11 am. Also on Saturday the re will be a Poker Run and Picnic to benefit the Shriners Hospital for children. Registration for the Poker Run will be at the Clover on High St. in Holyoke starting at 10am. Picnic will begin at 2 pm at the Summit View on Rt. 5 in Holyoke. There will be 3 live bands, classic cars bikes and tons of fun. Food is included with your $20.00 donation. And last but not least, round 11 of the AMA moto-X Nationals will be held at Moto-X 338 in Southwick. This is the only round that will be in New England
On Sunday August 30th, Smith & Wesson presents their 1st annual poker run to benefit the Cancer House of Hope. Registration is from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Smith & Wesson Shooting Sports Center located on 299 Page Boulevard in Springfield. The cost is $15 if pre-registered, $20 on the day of the ride. Passengers are $5. Registration includes entry into a drawing for a S & W .40 caliber pistol. The ride will end at the Young Men’s Club of Hadley on East St. Ride patches will be given out while supplies last.
