If you’re looking for an extremely unchallenging workout where you also look like an idiot, check out the YouTube video for something called “Prancercising”.
It’s a woman wearing what looks like a half workout shirt, half Suze Orman power blazer . . . and sporting some MAJOR camel toe. And the workout essentially consists of putting on ankle weights, then dance-walking . . . badly.
But it might not be a joke, because the woman in the video also released a 128-page book about it in December.
